I started seeing 2:22 on my cell ph & my laptop, my CD player repeatedly for the past month — anybody else?

It was kind of fun in the beginning but when I started seeing the numbers on my CD player while working on a dance choreography with someone, it began to get weird. I would be working on the choreography then needed to pause for an adjustment, I look back at the CD player & the numbers appear. It started getting to me so I started wondering what the significance was of these numbers.

How should I work out my father daughter dance?

My boyfriend just recently asked me to marry him, and of course I said yes…this was about a month ago. I know it’s still super early to be asking this, but it’s something that I’ve wondered about since I met my boyfriend and I knew that someday we’d be married. I have my dad and my step-dad. My dad lives about 2 hours from me and I rarely see him anymore since I’ve been out on my own and working. My mom and step-dad live 5 minutes from me, they let my bf and I live with them while we were looking for a place to buy and he has helped me through a looot in these past 5-6 years that they have been together. I honestly feel that I have a better relationship with my step-dad than my real dad, but I still love my real dad with all my heart and he’s always going to be my dad. But they are both great father figures to me and I want them both involved in my wedding. My fiance said that I should only do a father daughter dance with my real dad, but I feel like I should have two, my real dad and then with my step dad. How are situations like this usually dealt with? I realize that I could do whatever, but I would like to know how others did their dances when they had a step dad. I had wondered the same about who would walk me down and I decided to only have my dad do it.
10 CommentsOh, and by the way, my step parents get along fine with my parents. Step mom is fine with mom and vise virsa, step dad is fine with dad, and vise versa.

Should i tell my parents that i drank?

okay this weekend i got into some pretty deep shit, i was at a school event, DECA states competition, and on saturday night all the kids that made it from our school drank, two kids got caught at the dance, and now were all in big trouble, most of us got 10 day out of school suspension for drinking or suspicion of drinking, the school has no proof that i personally drank but i got suspended for suspicion of drinking because 4/13 kids that were interviewed said that i did participate in drinking. when i got home sunday i told my parents that i did not drink at all and i knew the school would have no proof so i felt i couldn’t get into trouble, well today when i was interviewed i told them my story and got suspended…great…so then i get home and tell my parents i still didn’t drink and they have set up a meeting to appeal the fact that i got suspended for drinking. i am not sure if i should tell my parents that i actually did drink…if i do they may not try and appeal it which i still feel there is a great chance the appeal could work, but if i say i didn’t drink i gotta live with the guilt of lying to my parents and my dad mentioned something about possibly taking a polygraph test if the appeal didn’t work..i would fail that..im not sure if he is going to follow through with that or not but what should i do? should i tell them that i drank…should i wait till after we do the appeal and have the results of that? the school has no proof that i drank other than the fact that 4 other students said i did drink…what do i do?
