How can I prepare for pointe?

I have been doing ballet for a year. I know that it’s short but my dance teacher skipped me up two levels and is having me start pointe as well. I do have good technique, and I have been dancing for more then a year. (I just started ballet recently though)
No CommentsI was wondering if there are any exercises that you think I should do. I will be getting my pointe shoes in a few weeks, but I was wondering if there were ways that I could stengthen my ankles and/or practice to be en pointe. Thanks!!

how to become flexible fast as in splits and stuff?

ok so my dance teacher told me to become flexible i had to do “hardcore” strectching everyday so can anyone give me strectch routine that can help me with right, left ,and center splits thx:)

I relate to Matilda Wormwood in the 1996 movie Matilda because our parents don’t appreciate us. My dance teacher is a lot like Miss Honey, and I have another dance teacher who’s a lot like Miss Trunchbull, lol.

i want to tell my dance teacher who is about 20, and is really nice. something that has or is happening to me at the moment. which is really really bad. will she tell?

My sister told me that Geno (my dance teacher) treated me better then everyone else, and when I asked her “Like a teachers pet?” She said “More then that.” She wouldn’t answer me when I asked what that was supposed to mean. What does that mean?
She said it in kind of a mad voice.

I’m now doing a jazz solo and I was thinking of doing “Gone” by Kelly Clarkson. My dance teacher Melissa Vella did it on SYTYCD but I don’t know. Should I use the song or pick another one. Any suggestions?

On step up 2 when chase is asked by the dance teacher to dance and do what he knows in front of the class. There is a song that plays while he dances it is a sort of hard core song. who sings it and what is it called?

My first ******** that I remember was in second grade dance class.My dance teacher was wearing a purple bodysuit g-string with black spandex shorts. She was writing on the chalkboard and her booty was a jiggling.
